ABOUT THE PROGRAM

The Georgia Tourism and Mellow Mushroom program in Spring 2014 was an integrated program promoting a family themed message through Better Homes & Gardens, Family Circle, Everyday with Rachael Ray and Ladies' Home Journal.

 

HOW DID WE DO THIS AND WHAT WERE THE RESULTS?

  • The custom designed six-page insert went to subscribers in Georgia, Florida, Alabama, South Carolina, North Carolina and Tennessee reaching over 2.5 million readers in the Spring of 2014.

 

  • The program inlcuded a three month long enter-to-win Escape with a twist Georgia Getaway Sweepstakes in-book, in Mellow Mushroom restaurants and an online sweepstakes.

 

  • The sweepstakes delivered 169,682 page views, 143,419 entries, 10,336 entrants and resulted in 8,187 total opt-ins for Georgia Tourism. The TravelMeredith.com custom e-newsletter delivered a 32% open rate for Georgia Tourism. The program featured restaurant partner Mellow Mushroom, and the program was promoted in-restaurant on high impact custom designed placemats at all Georgia Mellow Mushroom locations.
