internship program
Interns at Navigate Media will gain marketing and sales experience in the advertising industry by working with a variety of print media including consumer magazines and trade publications. Interns will have ongoing responsibilities as well as specific projects assigned including, but not limited to:
- Maintaining and updating the company database
- Prospecting and researching potential clients
- Creating and maintaining media kits
- Maintaining the media room
- Assisting with day-to-day office operations, sales, and marketing as needed

qualifications
- Ideal candidate would be working toward or would have completed a bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Public Relations, Communication, Marketing or a related field
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Solid skills in project management exemplified by past results in successful completion and outcomes of class projects
- Ideal candidate would be detail-oriented, organized, and a self-starter
- Ability to work under deadlines
- Solid computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
hours
Negotiable – ideally between 20-40 hours per week.
